The Bonnyville PONTIACS will honor one of the franchise's most iconic players on January 30th, 2016, prior to the game and raise his number 11 to the rafters of the R.J. LaLonde Arena.
Fans attending “Mark LETESTU Tribute Night” are encouraged to be in their seats by 7:00 p.m. to be a part of the festivities. The 'Mark LETESTU Tribute Jerseys' will be worn by the PONTIAC players during the pre-game warm-up against the Olds Grizzlies.
The 'retro' Mark LETESTU PONTIAC jerseys will be auctioned off and the entire proceeds will be presented to the Bonnyville Health Foundation at this year's Annual Hospital Gala.
Over the past six years the Bonnyville PONTIACS have raised over $60,000.00 to the Bonnyville Health FOUNDATION for hospital equipment and upgrades as a result of their Annual Tribute game and Acklands Point Man Program.
