Bonnyville Pontiacs implement Restrictions Exemption Program for home games

In accordance with the Alberta Junior Hockey League and the Bonnyville and District Centennial Centre, the Bonnyville Pontiacs are participating in the Restrictions Exemption Program, put in place by the Government of Alberta, until further notice.

To access the Bonnyville and District Centennial Centre to enter Bonnyville Pontiacs games, spectators 12 years or older must provide a government-issued ID as well as one of the following:

– Proof of at least one vaccination (two weeks prior to the date upon entering the building, until October 25 when two vaccines will be needed).
– Proof of a privately-paid negative test result taken within 72 hours of the game.
– Documentation of a medical exemption from an accredited medical professional.

Last week, the AJHL announced all teams will be operating under the government’s REP.

Masks remain mandatory at all times for spectators, except when eating or drinking.

By entering this program, there will be no capacity limits at the RJ Lalonde Arena and ensures the ability for a 2021-22 Bonnyville Pontiacs season.

If you have concerns about your season ticket packages or wish to cancel, please call the Pontiacs office manager Michelle at 780-826-2893.

This is a difficult time for everyone and we ask you our fans for your patience and understanding as everyone navigates this situation.
