Bonnyville PONTIAC Alumni Spencer FOO was honoured recently in the NCAA Hockey Three Stars of the Week!
Number 2 Star – Spencer Foo, Union (Bonnyville Pontiacs)
Foo leads the nation with 21 assists.
The Junior forward put together a big weekend in leading the Dutchmen to a pair of victories against No. 10 Vermont.
The Edmonton, Alberta native scored two goals and added an assist on the game-winner in a 7-3 victory against the Catamounts on Friday. He also had the assist on the game-winner in Saturday night’s 2-1 win against Vermont. He finished the weekend with four points on two goals and two assists to go along with seven shots on goal and a +4 rating.
On the season, FOO leads the nation with 21 assists while holding down the second spot with 34 total points.
Spencer played 117 games for the Bonnyville PONTIACS during the 2012 – 2014 seasons.
