The Bonnyville PONTIACS will host their 2018 Main Camp at the New Horizon Center in Frog Lake, Alberta beginning August 23rd.
“The facility is incredible and the staff at the New Horizon Center are 'above and beyond' with their hospitality and accommodating, servant approach to ensure that our athletes have a first rate experience,” says Head Coach and General Manager Rick SWAN.
“I am really looking forward to getting our players in here and seeing, first hand, the depth and skill and character of the group that we have assembled over the past 5 months. Our staff has worked over-time so to ensure that the fans of Bonnyville have a team to get excited about. The Frog Lake community will be our hosts and I am extremely appreciative for their hospitality and to be apart of our journey this season.”
In addition to the PONTIAC Main Camp, the New Horizon Center will host three AJHL exhibition games as well as the Team Canada West – Russia exhibition game in preparation for the 2018 World Junior 'A' Challenge, which SWAN is also the head coach.
