The Bonnyville PONTIACS are proud to announce that forward T.J. CUNNINGHAM has committed to the 2013/14 A.C.A.C. Champion S.A.I.T. Trojans for the 2014/15 season.
“Without question in my view, T.J. CUNNINGHAM is an excellent example of work ethic and character by always striving to being the very best he can be and for his ability as a player who never takes a shift off. T.J. is also an excellent example of 'what you put into something is what you will get out of it.' T.J. also makes an incredible impact to everyone around him through his outstanding consideration and appreciation of others” says Head Coach and General Manager Rick SWAN. T.J. CUNNINGHAM will be an extremely successful person in life.
T.J. is a Calgary native and he played 33 games for the PONTIACS and was awarded the Matt COOK Unsung Hero Award this season presented annually to the PONTIAC player who consistently demonstrates the necessary attitudes and actions synonymous for team success without often getting any deserving recognition for the true value that they have to their team. T.J. CUNNINGHAM is away from the “lime-light” but always can be counted on.
The PONTIACS organization wish T.J. the very best as he moves on to join S.A.I.T. to help them win a second straight A.C.A.C. championship in 2014/15.
T.J. CUNNINGHAM joins Dan WEDMAN – Cornell ECAC/Division 1, Spencer FOO – Union/ECAC Division 1 and Sean MOSTROM – Denver/NCHA Division 1 as PONTIACS obtaining College commitments this season.
