Associate Coach Larry DRAPER and the PONTIACS defensemen Brinson PASICHNUK, Ben MACK, Brad BIGSBY, Carter RHINE, Erik DONALD Gen BRYSHUN and Bryan GERSTENFELD ran a session for the BMHA coaches at all levels focusing on “Developing Your Defensemen.”
The emphasis was on using “Position Specific” time within the practices that coaches have during the season to refine, improve and cultivate defensemen specific technical and tactical skills, both for individual and team play.
The session was extremely well received and the knowledge passed on by Coach DRAPER was excellent for young coaches to apply to the young players in the Lakeland Area.
