Were back again better then ever! Join us on January 31st for our 6th Annual Hard Water Classic Ice Fishing Derby!Rules:
Anglers Choose to fish on either Moose Lake or Angling Lake.
All fish will be registered by GPS location from the Fish Donkey App.
This is a Catch and Release Event
Tents are permitted.
All fishing must comply with 2026 Alberta Sportfishing guidelines and regulations
All contestants must supply a valid Alberta sportfishing license or provide proper documentation of there exemption.
Northern Pike & Walleye will be the only species accepted for measuring.
All other species must be released back into the lake in the most harmless way possible.
All fish must be alive when measured.
All participants must practice catch and release, no retention of fish is permitted.
All decisions made by the tournament officials and committee are final.
Fish can only be measured between the
hours of 8am – 5pm.
No fizzing of fish.
Absolutely no passing of fish between
contestants.
No refunds will be granted.
Bait allowed per Alberta sportfishing guidelines for Moose Lake or Angling lake.
Prize winners will be decided by 4 fish total length for Pike and Walleye, biggest fish for Pike and Walleye will be awarded to the largest fish of all valid entries.
Youth Prize winners will be decided by biggest fish for Pike, Walleye of all valid entries.
In the event of a tie, first measured fish wins. Or first 4 fish total.
Event Organizers are not responsible for any death, injury, theft, damage to property or any loss which may occur before, during or after the event.
By registering for the tournament you declare that the Bonnyville Junior A Pontiacs organization is not liable for any death, injury, theft, damage to property or any loss which may occur before, during or after the event.

Join us on August 23rd, 2025 to kick off our 2025 season at our 3rd Annual Person Scramble Golf Tournament!

At this year’s tournament, we are continuing our highly successful “Blind Calcutta” with a 70% payout to the winners!
Our schedule starts off with Registration at 9:00am and will be followed by our Shotgun Start at 11:00am to kickoff the day.
Registration will cover all Green Fees, Cart, and Supper.
Golfers can also expect a welcome goodie bag all thanks to Amarok Scaffolding Ltd!
We will end the day with a delicious supper, Live Auction, and closing announcements including the days winners.
This year’s tournament will also include a 50/50 Raffle, Putt for $10,000.00, Hole In One Contests and more!
