Defenseman Ryan BLACK was named to the 2014/15 Alberta Junior Hockey League's All-League North Team.
The Stillwater, Minnesota native is in his second year with the Bonnyville PONTIACS and played 110 games registering 74 points. Ryan was named to the 2013/14 AJHL All-League North Rookie Team and was the AJHL Player of the Week for September 28th, 2014.
Ryan was also second in scoring for defensemen in the Alberta Junior Hockey League in 2014/15. In addition, Ryan was offerred and received a hockey scholarship to play for the NCAA Division 1, Northern Michigan University Wildcats for the 2015/16 season.
The AJHL All-League Teams are voted on by the coaching staffs of the 16 teams in the AJHL.
