Neil Langridge

Neil Langridge has been with the Bonnyville Pontiacs organization since 2014-2015, coming on as a regional scout after a successful tenure with the Cold Lake Ice Jr. B Hockey team of the NEAJBHL.

In his time with the Ice, Langridge led the franchise to 4 League Championships as head coach and general manager. Neil then took on the role of head coach of the Bonnyville Senior Pontiacs for the 2015 season as well as becoming the assistant coach with the Jr. A Pontiacs, under then head coach and general manager Rick Swan.

He continued to grow within the organization involving himself in hockey operations and business operations, becoming the assistant general manager from 2018 - 2021. Langridge then stepped away from the coaching side of operation in 2021 when he became an associate general manager alongside Chad Nelson.

As of 2025, Neil has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations and oversees the entire organization on a day-to-day basis. Outside of hockey Neil and his wife Shelby have one daughter and Langridge is also a municipal councillor for the Town of Bonnyville.
