PONTIACS Pay Tribute to the Oil and Gas Industry

The Annual Bonnyville PONTIACS Tribute Game is fast approaching.

On January 24th the Okotoks Oilers are in town to play the PONTIACS and the organization is proud to acknowledge and dedicate that night to the men and women who work in our community's Oil and Gas Industry.

It will be a night to commemorate the many people who live and work in in the Lakeland area and contribute so much to our community each and every single day. Our Oil and Gas companies put so much into our community with respect to charities and sponsorship to allow us all to benefit in so many positive ways. Mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, coaches and volunteers make up these every day contributors and the PONTIACS want to say thank you.

The game will feature a 'one of a kind jersey' worn by the players that signifies the Oil and Gas Industry and will all be auctioned off during the game. The funds received from the jersey auction will be donated to the Bonnyville Hospital Health Foundation at this year's Annual Gala Night. Over the last five years the Bonnyville PONTIACS have been proud to have donated over $50,000 to the Health Foundation and feel priviledged to do their small part to contribute to such an important cause.
