With the holidays getting closer and closer, the Bonnyville Pontiacs are moving full steam ahead to help spread the holiday cheer.
After being on the road since November 24th, 2023, The Pontiacs will be back home for a back-to-back weekend facing off against the Blackfalds Bulldogs on December 8th & the Lloydminster Bobcats on December 9th.
The double header weekend will not only be the Pontiacs first taste of home ice in the last two weeks, but will also be the Lakeland CO-OP game night December 8th & The Brick Teddy Bear Toss December 9th.
Part of the holiday fun is giving back to those in need. With that in mind, at the Lakeland CO-OP game December 8th there will be a donation table set up by the front gate for the Bonnyville Centralized High School’s Santa’s Elves Program where both toy and cash donations will be accepted.
At The Brick Teddy Bear Toss game December 9th, all teddy’s thrown onto the ice after the first Pontiacs goal will be donated to the Bonnyville Victim Services & Auxiliary Hospital and all proceeds from purchased teddy’s at the game will go to the Edmonton Stollery Hospital.
